Burton is 16 months old today! And Sick. :(
He just got neutered on Wednesday; he's been feeling fine. Come Friday night at 5pm (after the vet's close) he starts throwing up and continues thru the night. He's probably thrown up 10-14 times. He's lost 10lbs. since Wed at his last weigh in. Poor thing. We went to the vet first thing this morning--fecal exam says whipworm! What the hell? They say it's not that common in Colorado; and that he could have carried it with him from Georgia. It's been six months. I don't think so. So, we are on house arrest until all this blows over!
We've been keeping pretty busy!! I've become the assistant organizer for the Denver Great Dane www.meetup.com club! We currently have over 75 danes and counting! http://greatdane.meetup.com/212/ And I also do volunteer work for the Rocky Mtn Great Dane Rescue. http://www.rmgreatdane.org So, Burton and I are having a blast.

Oh poor Burton, I hope he gets better soon. Please keep me informed of his progress. He looks so precious in his pictures.
